 keith writes "My name is Keith Morris and I live in Perth Western Australia. In the 1920s a great uncle of mine, Arthur Westbury and his wife Katie lived in Volksrust, on a farm I think. They had two daughters, one was Daphne. I would be interested to know if they or their descendants are still living in South Africa, or where they might now be. DATE : Saturday 24 January 2009
TIME RUNNERS: Start 06h00 for Runner Cut off 4 hours
TIME WALKERS: Start 05h00 for Walkers Cut off 5 hours
VENUE : Start and Finish at VOLKSRUST HIGH SCHOOL
ROUTE : Out and back, undulating course, tarred road, water points every 2-km
Glazed Bronze Medals to all finishers within the 5 hour cut off time for Runner and Walkers.
10 km Road Race Bronze medals to all the other finishers.
Prize Giving:
10:30 - Open to all finishers. There will be lucky draw prizes as well.
